But still the money you earn you can use them however you want.
There are people that likes to help others or if they could they would help them. That's probably why your friend suggested so.
But that's still up to you.
I mean if you don't know what to do with your money you can invest them, if you don't want to invest them, you can donate them, if you don't want that either save them or spend them in things you like to do as long as you are happy with what you do with your money and your time none of them is wasted

That's entirely up to you, though it's always a good idea to have about a year's worth of bills and expenses money set aside as an emergency fund. It's also a good idea to have $500-$1000 set aside for minor emergencies. And it's a very good idea to fund your retirement; that stuff needs years to grow and starting earlier is almost always better.
After you got your ducks in a row, do what you want with your money.
Charities can be overrated, give the money to causes you think are worthwhile or pay for services someone else may not pay for that you are interested in.

Never seen any charity that was not corrupted! Best save it for a rainy day its coming!
It'd be nice, but you're under no compulsion to. It'd also be a good idea to save some of it; running out of money SUCKS.
Most charity’s are embezzlement schemes. Better to save your money and try and make something of yourself so that you can benefit the world. Maybe start a business and hire some wayward teens who you can be a role model for
If you feel like it, then find a worthy charity like St Jude Children's Hospital or Tunnels to Towers and donate a fixed amount.
No charity are con artists, I only support them if they support me or my wallet
