Not anymore. I bought a 1850s house one City block from civil war grave site in the City’s First Neighborhood. It wasn’t for sale but when he offered 6x what I paid in cash then “No Brainer”. Guy sold his house 4 minutes from Stanford U California…. And, had a Victorian carved/designed 2 car garage with apartment placed on back corner that met Federal and State Historic Guidelines…
—Grew up playing monopoly now living it… No attachment to Stuff…. like the compounding Funds thing and reinvest into Gun Shots in daylight Rentals that double in 7-10 years 💪.

I really do. We had it built many years ago and added on to it twice. It is exactly how we want it.
