How to have patience?

I live with my mom and pay bills and such. There’s a rule in the morning that I cannot vacuum or clean. Also, when my mom’s boyfriend is napping I am not allowed to clean (noise issue). He takes long naps everyday. I’m busy and work a lot. The way my mom wants me to organize is not ever the way she wants it to be. I’m running out of patience.

Grats on the patience you currently have. Super high marks.
I work on my patience every day. And WARNING don't pray for patience. God will put you where you will have to work on them. At least he did me.
So little tips that do help.
Patience has to do with what you focus on. Focusing on TIME will kill patience. Time is not our master. I fight that creeping in all the time.
Focusing on the problem will kill patience. Focus on the good, the goal, the gain.
Lastly what helps me is to breath. It really is a problem. I find my self all uptight even when I am cooking. I stop and say BREATH and I relax.
I would suggest some mindful exercises. They help control the mind instead of letting it run rampent. Even when it does you recognize it and those thoughts don't rule.

Maybe it's time for your mother's boyfriend to go for a walk. I think me I would probably find something even if it's not cleaning something to make noise so the schmuck can wake up and go do something or leave the house. Maybe her boyfriend needs to go back to his house. Does he do anything around the house if he lives there with you. To me he's a lazy ass if not pulling his fair share.
