I get internally frustrated by people that clearly don't know how to drive. The people who are a danger to themselves, and others, either due to distraction, or a selfish disregard for basic traffic laws.
I say "internally" because although they do make me angry, I still keep my outward composure, and don't let it affect my driving. I'm not going to let their selfish stupidity make me drive recklessly.
