Ever felt like agreeing in anger whenever an opposite gender throws their hatred?

This was stupid but I've replied this to a bitter 40 year-old:
''Yes we're all green-eyed monsters and snakes looking to dry you up. We want you to be homeless. Oh you better watch out. Yes we're all the same. HAPPY NOW''?

I had enough of trying to explain how we're not all the same. Not all men are the same either. Everyone in the world isn't a player nor golddigger. I had enough so that was my reply. Ever felt like doing that?

There is no excuses to overgeneralize a whole gender. I don't care how bad your experience was with other men or women. I will not be paying the price of others.

I have a better reply next time another bitter throws the ''all women are the same''. I was thinking of replying with an ''Oh yes, my dream since I was a little girl was giving you guys homeless. Oh yes that's my aspiration in life. Oh yes that's it alright. Happy now''.

You are right that not everyone is the same, but the problem is, there are too many bad people out there who ARE the same. And unlike with men, most women can't ever admit wrongdoing or take accountability for the bad things they or many other women do. So when you try to explain things like that to some men, it just sounds like you're making excuses or covering your ass because so many women do that. Just look at how many women continue to defend Amber Heard just to hold onto their leverage over men.

Regarding the question, I do that pretty often. Do you know how many dumbasses on GAG have tried to call me a homophobe because I said I'd never be with or date a bi-female. Or accuse me of being a transphobe because I wouldn't be with a biological man living as a "female." I just go, "Okay, I'm a transphobe then, if you insist" and then just block them and go about my day.

I've seen it from both sides 1 bad apple can mess up the batch, or there is that "diamond in that pile of gravel.
Sounds like you are like me in a lot of instances getting grouped in with the bad.
Also, at least in my case I'm finding the bad ones and haven't found the gals that are true Gems, doesn't usually take me long to figure out the bad ones, finding a good one takes a LOT longer and a lot of patience from both sides.

So, yes, there are times when just agreeing is the less verbally/physically/mentally combative route.
