+1 ySheesh... I've made some poor spending choices in my time, it's hard to identify which was the worst.
I bought a boat once (for dirt cheap) thinking we would use it because my husband and I both love to sail. I finally gave it away after watching it rot for 5 years. I didn't lose much money, but it was a knucklehead purchase.
I once WAY overpaid for amazing seats to a concert for my husband's birthday. It was a great concert and I don't have any regrets, but I wouldn't spend that kind of money on concert tickets now (I don't know what I was thinking). The concert was amazing as were the seats, but the price was in the thousands. 🤦10 Reply

+1 yAn ex-boyfriend is such a waste of time and money. Helping him out to get his car fixed and other things he should of been good enough to do himself. Nothing too major though, just a few thousand dollars.
03 Reply- +1 y
That sounds pretty major in my opinion, those could've been a few thousand you could've used on yourself
- +1 y
yeah and it was suppose to be a loan, not a gift but whatever.
- +1 y
No then you should claim your loan
4.6K opinions shared on Other topic. I once bought a very expensive pair of work boots that seemed fine at first, but after wearing them a week, the seams and ridges under the inner sole wore through, and it was painful to wear them. I tried some aftermarket inner soles, but it didn't help for long, and I ended up tossing them. They should have lasted for years, but I didn't even keep them 3 weeks.
I ended up buying some cheaper boots and wore them for about 3 years almost daily.05 Reply- +1 y
That sucks no lie

So you order online?
- +1 y
That's not happening lol

I spend almost 160⬠(170$) for this useless but beautiful wooden chessboard. Itās good for collecting dust but I think itās very pleasing for sight.
16 Reply- +1 y
So you don't even play chess? Lol
- +1 y
It's got a different design at least, you should see it's worth online and see if it's at least worth a bit more now
- +1 y

+1 yA set of vintage coins. They cost 30 something dollars at the local pawn shop. I wanted to buy them just for the experience, and the guy wouldn't even haggle with me. I later ended up finding the same exact coin set online in much better condition, for $5. I ended up throwing them away. Fucking asshole. I am never doing business at a pawn shop again. Those TV shows are a lie

I had it imported from the US for about $80k new about 10 years ago.
It was a fucking horrible car, and ended up giving it back after a month. Took a 20k loos on the fucker as well. Never bought any of that American shit again.
Even the car I only bought because I liked the colour, and was dubious about the quality.01 Reply- +1 y

Him, but not a massive difference. It works both ways. Not to get deep but if a man constantly spoils a woman and its one sided the man could have a sense of control. I also feel that if its one sided, people will stay with a person despite how they are treated because of money and gifts
