Any popular American 🇺🇸 websites where people can sell livestock?

I'm FAR from an expert, but I believe that there are some FDA regulations that require some kind of certificate or permit process for this, so random people can't just sell livestock (at least, if it's for human consumption). If I'm mistaken, hopefully someone will correct me, but I'm pretty sure that's the case in the US.

Of course 🤗 but... it's not a business/auction and not being sold for meat consumption. Anyone who is a dealer is obligated to comply with specific requirements. Have you ever seen livestock with ear tags and identification numbers etc. At auctions or places of that sort? Well, those are dealers, they're the ones that need to comply with strict rulings because the holders running that as a business must keep a record of all livestock purchased, sold or otherwise handled.

Breeders or regular folks with livestock are not dealers However, if one of their livestock animals is numbered and ear tagged was bought in an auction or from someone that is involved in that process... in most cases, can only be sold back to the original owner or the auction because that animal is numbered.

I'll give you an example... I have 5 Jersey Bull calves that are numbered and were bought in an auction. I can't even if I wanted to sell them to a regular person because of that animal is found elsewhere I can get into trouble because they're not registered under me. I can only resell them back to the auction.
