It would be a lot of work but I'm willing to do that because living in a farm would be so nice and peaceful. I want to live the way "Liziqi" does. She's a Chinese youtuber with over 10 million subscribers and a young business woman. Her videos are mostly about cooking/baking food using the crops she has in her farm and let me say the view is gorgeous. It also has really peaceful Chinese music in the background and she doesn't really talk.
I went to see who she was just now since you mentioned her. Dear God! In the first few seconds of watching a video a little forgotten part of my soul screamed "you found me!"
Thank you for munitioning her.
@Wsx2wsx2ws Your welcome and I'm so glad you liked it!
In the future, yes if it's not an animal farm. It would be amazing to have pets but I wouldn't want to butcher them. Why would you want to live on a farm, just curiosity?
Yes! I've always wanted a bunny so I figured I should have one in my pfp. Maybe on that farm we're talking about? Just need to be carefully the bunny doesn't steal any of the crops. Growing your own food might save you money but that bunny won't if it steals the crops lol.
Most of my (little) garden already is a ''farm''.
I'd indeed be interested to look after something larger - and with a 'growing stuff' orientation; sheep, ducks and chicken added.
I would NOT enjoy a commercial farm/ranch, because exposure to the world's greed, technology requirements and exaggerations, chemicals and such would spoil my mood.
Lol nope screw that
@pers0n pig, horse, cow sheep and llama poop? I can't do it i been to farms once i had a friend who lived there whwn i lived in WA and all i saw was poop and large acres of land and tons of bees all over. I can't live that life bro, i enjoy breathing in that Southern Californias cities smog lol
Understandable. I developed such strong phobia to any synthetic chemical smells
Especially after learning all this
https://theexcelpractice com/sperm-count-drop/ (basically our testosterone is less than 1/3 average of what it was 50 years ago, thanks to city life)
that I've no problem living barefoot on a farm. Animals only stink if they live in crowded cages honestly.

Yeah, if I didn't have to do any work. I'm a lazy sum bitch.
I think I would like it, but my husband would like it even more. Iโm not terribly outdoorsy, but I like wide open spaces because of the quiet and the peace. He actually enjoys being outside and working in our yard and Iโm sure he would be pleased to live on acreage
that would be so cool!
a tractor, a wood chipper, lots of garden and veggies, and maybe a goat or pig?
we have a 2,000 sq ft house.. back yard is 85' by 20' wide.. i have 8 planter boxes on one side. Then 70' of wood border along the fence with 4 fruit trees and lots of veggies this year.
my Pink Lady, Honey Crisp, and Granny Smith apple trees are only a yr old and HAVE apples! My plum tree is also a yr old, but no fruit. yet...
we lost our peach, apricot, nectarine, and cherry tree last yr.. Costco was cool and gave us our money back!
Minus the animals, yea thatโs the goal. Grew up on 160 acres and dying to get back out to the boonies
Ever had to look after all that? I have
I live in a century old place that basically is a small farm. No animals, can't afford it. But living off the land and the beautiful scenery is amazing.
And yes, I clearly have internet. In the middle of nowhere ๐
OMG Yes. Why I don't right now I have no idea. Kind of want to build out a box truck and live in it. I could see myself parking on a farm and helping with the 2AM chores.
I lived on a couple and helped on a couple when I was a wee lad. Just a deep satisfying way of life.
that will most likely be one of my long term goals... to move to the countryside and have more of an hacienda, near the mountains, yes...
and will make it as sustainable as possible as well
I already do, been living here for a very long time
Want to see photographs of my farm
Who would like to see photos of my farm and areas around my farm? โ
Yes all of them
The best part, all the photos are done with a film camera. Nothing was taken with a digital
girl you change your pic like every 10 seconds lol
see i dont need to change my pic
it shows how awesome I am
lol
because im to awesome
answering questions is a womens job lol
ok let me stop trolling
I would as long as the government stays out of it
the moment they get involved im gonna have an issue
I grew up on one, family farm/ranch. Parents still run it, so yes I'd love to live on one myself some day again and run a farm.
It's possible. I love farms, but I don't like seclusion. As long as the farm includes a large family (and horses), yes.
Absolutely not! I'm a city girl and I'll always be. Life on a ranch/farm would be a nightmare for me. But to each their own.
We have a farm house where I, husband and daughter often go and sometimes spend our off days.
Sounds good but the work can be ridiculously hard.
that alone would put me off
So much labor :( I don't want the farm life, but I would like chickens.
I'm not entirely opposed to it. But I'd much prefer property with a lot of land just right outside of a suburban area or small city.
There you can have livestock. Life is simpler. Poultry, Gardens, herbal gardens, vegetable gardens. Wildlife, ponds or lakes, fishing, swimming.
Seems like the only way I'll be able to afford to eat soon so yes.
Been there done that. Picking peas in humid 100 degree weather isnโt my jam.
I like the country, but I'd only do that after getting married. The country is full of men and very few young single women.
I already do for the most part. I live on 20 acres in the country.
Give me good internet there, and you won't hear about me ever again.
That's too much work for me. I lived opposite of a farm.
I hope to one day to live in the country, maybe a farm or ranch.
Yes a homestead is the same thing an that's what I live on.
God Bless
I would yes. I have a garden now and would have cows and other animals for food as well.
Grew up on one... sitting on some acreage...
Probably not or not exactly, but I have become interested in food forests lately.
Are you a big fan of anime?
Yes. I grew up on one. It is a lot of work / manual labor though.
Yup.
Work from home from there.
That would be my dream come true.
Not my ideal; but okay.
If I could I would move to one tomorrow.
Yes, it would be good with me.
Yeah it's great but only temporarily
Only if I don't have to get up at 5 am...
Kind of already do lol
Yea that would be nice.
If we still had wi-fi, maybe. lol
Nah. I like living in the burbs
Hell yes I would
Been thinking of buying some land up north as well, and moving just outside city limits
Lol not so cool at the moment. It was 92 degrees and humid as hell all week
Normal lol? Anything above 60 is tropical and 80 is instant death lol. But I suppose you live in the south don't you ๐
grew up on farm.
won't do it again.
Maybe after I retire it could be nice
Yeah that would be cool
Absolutely not. No
I would love to!
Yes but definitly not solo
Yeap absolutely
are you thinking a big farm or ranch
Nope I dont
Maybe.
I grew up on a farm
Hell yes.
I'd love to
