Im litterally stuck in s rut and i dont know ehere to go from here. I have severe body dysmorphia and i haven't left my house for months on end. I feel horrible and depressed. Im 25 curtently with no friends nor life, i mean ehat the hell can you do?

You should take a more positive approach. I know it's easier to say than actually do. But it needs to be done.
Start with small things like appreciating what you already have, meditate on it. Time well spent with self is much better than spent with others.
Once you start doing that, you'll feel better. Then start joining communities, could be online or a local book club. Because we are social animals, we do need some social interaction.
There's no one easy way, but you have to start somewhere
