Is it wrong to wish for the death of someone, who wronged you?

I don't know if wishing the death of someone is necessaryly wrong. I'd say not wrong and not right. A thought is not an action. Being really aware of having had such thoughts should help to grow in maturity. We are not responsible for having feelings and thoughts, but we are always for our actions.

I don't think so. I wished my sister would die for years because she abused me. Maybe a lot of it depends on how they wronged you?

It’s defensive instinct. It makes sense if you want to bring peace to your life and not have to worry about them anymore. Barbaric, but it makes sense.

It happens and it’s not good but wishing it is different than doing it. A lot of people will wish it on someone that is making their life miserable.
