I so seriously try to be, but lord knows these people are trying me. But in general I am very kind and friendly to people. But I got an vile, hateful, vindictive ex-wife refusing to release the hooks... so I am not feeling the kindness right now. I am sorry, because I actually feel bad about feeling that way about another person. But it'll be over soon.

I think I am. Though, that is not up to me to decide. You would have to ask the people around me to see if they think I am kind. It is not my own judgment. I can only say that I try to be kind and when I find out my behavior came out unkind I typically will want to apologize for it or fix it if it is still fixable. So that judgement of me being kind is not up to me, but the people around me.

In real life, yes. It's hard for me to say no when someone asks for help, because I don't like to see people fail. I’d never do anything to hurt someone else’s feelings or ruin their day.
On the Internet, not so much. I am generally polite and try to help people in the comments. Some rude people just piss me off here

I like to think that I'm a kind person when it really counts.
Like some people are fake nice. They put on a persona, but if you really need them they're to selfish or uncaring to help.
I'm the kind of person who will joke and make light of people complaining, but if they had a serious issue I would empathize, care deeply, and be the guy to fix it for them.

Hmmm not totally with my words but my actions are kind. I will help anyone with anything, nice gesture’s, etc. But I don’t have a filter to those I love. Very kind words to strangers however.
