I know some people do pole dancing as a hobby so is it considered stripping or is stripping only don't for money?

Stripping say's it in the word it's the act of stripping down your clothing.
Pole dancing again is in the words it's dancing on the pole.

Often people refer to women who pole dance and strip for a sexual paid service just as strippers. However this don't mean Pole Dancing and Stripping is just a Stripper thing since anyone can do it for whatever reason they like without it needing to be a sexual paid service therefore they wouldn't be a stripper.
You see these two things are the actions not the career. It would be like saying if you kick a football your right away a footballer not true.
