aka Toyota - cheap, reliable, efficient. Good fuel management and can get parts from almost anywhere.
I usually buy a foreign car but I am seeing some amazing muscle cars coming out of Detroit lately.

Very few American cars come in RHD. Plus they look a bit daft on UK roads and with those cost of petrol here you need to take a mortgage just to refuel one. I suppose I would think about getting a Tesla but they are too minimalist for me so I'll probably just keep buying Volvo's.
I usually prefer German cars. I find them very reliable and worthy of the cost, they rarely have defects and abandon you while driving.
Plus I live in a country with small roads and I find American cars generally too big to drive. I always have had German or Swedish utilitarian cars so I’m used mostly on that type of drive.
Toyota, Honda, Mazda. Easy and cheap to repair, efficient on mpg, and many of them have great look.
You mean American "cars" or proper cars.
Everyone knows Americans produce crap in vehicles.
American cars *are* foreign cars. I usually go Japanese, I like reliability, but these things vary.
Not American so they're all foreign cars to me. I prefer Asian cars tbh. Toyota.
I'd have to say foreign. I've got a 2020 (70) Ford Focus - English registered car, made in West Germany by the Turkish subsidiary of an American firm.
Simples...
I like American trucks, preferably dodge trucks. My wife always had a foreign car. She has a subaru and we haven't had any major problems ( knocking on wood).
American cars.
I like to support my country and it's economy. They are the best as well, especially trucks and SUVs.
American cars might be assembled in the US but a lot of parts are manufactured out of the country. Not much is fully made in America anymore
@exitseven exactly. Even though they are American cars and trucks, they are not totally American made
Asian cars are more reliable.
I'm not sure anymore. I really don't know.
