I do like trains. I used to use them to travel about visiting friends. It is a good way to get around in my country. Some are better than others so I am careful which route to book when I did use them.
We also have some very famous trains here that are luxury trains that tour around to the biggest tourist areas. These trains have rooms in which some even include a bathtub and sitting room. They are very fancy.
Anymore now, I fly wherever I go for the most part. Any train/tram like travel now in around the city and I don't use it that often. They are not bad if you are going to take a short trip from one city to the next close city.
Long rides without a bedroom are not the most comfortable and there are a lot of stops. So, it takes a while to get where you are going, but yes I like them.
