Omggg I have went through something like this because I overthink about it it was with a guy I wasn't sure he liked me or not and I was happy with the day but kept thinking about my worth and putting all of my expectation on him

What I told myself remind that you are beautiful and enough and definitely worth anyone and I am trying to not have expectation and let it go with the flow and be myself and the right one will come
