Is this sexual harassment?

My manager (M), asked me (F) if I had watched p**n before. Before this, he even accused me of being a lesbian (though I am not).

Not to mention, he asked another male colleague if he had watched p**n. Recently, our manager asked us ladies to check out the male colleague's junk.

In your opinion, does this consider as sexual harassment?
Now he goes around telling people I am a bitch for walking away whenever he starts a dirty joke.

By the way, he tells people that he was just joking and I took his joke way too serious

I would say no it's just very weird and unprofessional behavior. Report it up the chain. That's not okay coworker or manager behavior, he should not probe people personal life. If he doesn't get a correction for that you know you work at a bad company.

It's HIGHLY inappropriate and unprofessional. Can you go above him and talk to his boss about his behavior? However to me, this isn't harassment, just really inappropriate and unprofessional. But, it could be and borderline for sure.
