Would females cut/shave off their hair for a role they’re offered?

Like i know there are women who cut or shave their heads for a role on Tv or for the role while on Tv. Does that apply to all girls? If a girl was offered a role like for a web Drama or Tv show. etc would she agree to cut/shave off her hair for that role? PS: AND IF YOU ARE A GIRL, Would you?

I'd rather wear a bald cap or wig since it still looks good, I like having long hair or at least shoulder length so I'd want to keep it.
