Nobody at the dog park?

I've gone twice now and their is like literally nobody there. It's kind of a rural suburb area. My guess is since everyone has a big enough yard that their is no reason to? Once was in the middle of the day on a Sunday and the other time was late in the evening. The idea is to meet people and let my dog play with other dogs.

That's sad. Maybe it's because they have enough space in their homes to play with their dogs. Perhaps you could try going to another park.

I was about to go to another one thats farther away that I know has a bunch of people and dogs, but someone showed up and he chased that dog around for a while. I'm impressed with how good he listens. Called his name from 100ft away and he came running over from the dogs he was with.

he's gotten away from me a few times and always comes back when i call. he doesn't go far
