I used to take my dog to my local bar and the owner didn't mind. We would sit upstairs on the roof patio. Once I had been there a couple times started putting dog cookies in a jar for her. She was really quiet and well behaved. It was a great way to strike up conversations with women too, but, that wasn't the reason I took her.👀

Yes, I was in a place called "Jack Russell's" Everyone had Jack Russelll dogs. Their leashed were tied to the tables. There was lots of barking and it smelled a little like a dog kennel.

Yes, there is a bar near me that allows dogs. Only the single guys have their dogs and they use them to pick up women. It seems to work for most of them!
