Yes, easily I do it in the afternoon my grandfather put tv at 75 volume and there's the noise of the AC and fan but I can easily sleep 2 hours and end up falling asleep directly after having close my eyes.

I have cat naps where I work during breaks while people are hammering and banging away. At home I put in earplugs for the wifes snoring

Yes, i use a CPAP machine and it drowns out pretty much everything/
