Are all dogs loud when their owner leaves the house?

No. It’s usually due to separation anxiety or some other trauma. Put some soft music on for them while away.

Leave a toy that gives them something to think about. Ask at the pet store. There are a number of toys that you can add treats (or a smear of peanut butter) to, it’s a challenge to get the treats out. Give it to them before you leave and sneak out while they are distracted.

Talk to a local trainer. This is something they can help you with but they need to see the dog to find the exact cause.

The breed has nothing to do with this. It’s how you train and treat them. You actually have to put in the effort.

Take it to training classes. There are plenty of ways. And you can’t expect your dog to always be quiet, they’re vocal animals as well. So if you can’t deal with the noise, don’t get a dog.

It’s not that I can’t handle the noise, my sister has a cat too. 😕

If you feel like the cat and dog wouldn’t get along then I really suggest against getting a dog until you have a place away from the cat. It’s unfair to the cat and unfair to the dog if you had to give it up.

Well every time I leave I pet him, give him a kiss , tell him I'm going to be gone for the day and to be a good boy.
I've done this with all my dogs.

You can buy a gog cage. When you go to work you put it in the cage. Depending on the size of the dog it can cost up to $125 . My dog was cage trained. He loves his cage. Sometimes he goes in it while we're home and closes the door.

I’m planning on getting a small dog, for example, a Maltese x shih tzu, a Pomeranian x shih tzu, a cavoodle, a groodle or a jackapoo x Maltese. Those types. 😊

My current dog is a black lab mix. We think he's mixed with pit bull.

I forgot what breed the other dog was but full grown they get up to 150 pounds
