I’ve found (in general) that if you politely bring up your complaint in a way that is not directly accusing them of purposely ruining things, i. e. “I know he’s just being a normal dog, but I’d really appreciate it if you could find a way to quiet him so I can focus/sleep” instead of “Look, your dog is really loud and I need you to start finding a way to shut him up” your neighbors will do their best to comply. Give them time to make the change you want to see, maybe about a week. After that, file a noise complaint and see if it sticks.

I generally just let the dogs do their thing but never had one that was "that" bad.

Yeah its just barking at everything and they keep it outside. I just dont know what theyd do even if they wanted to help it

@goaded yup people on the right seem to hate dogs. Trump said he didn't like em. you can't trust a person who doesn't like dogs is my motto :P
