I take a “Learn To Play” hockey class, a little over a year into it. I’m always getting faked out by our instructor, who played college hockey and is probably 10-15 years younger than me. He knows I take learning hockey very seriously and that it’s important to me to be my best, so he doesn’t take it easy on me like he does with others. So, like I said, he fakes me out a lot in one-on-one situations. But this previous class a few nights ago, I played really well, just kind of in general, but specifically I did well a few times against our instructor, and I was very stoked about that…

I’m in the white #16 jersey, instructor is the dude in the gray windbreaker and baseball cap

He made me look real silly on this one though😂😂😂

My job has three parts. But I am only allowed to be in one. I did the first part for a year and a half and I loved it. Unfortunately there was a change in our project and I was told to do the second part. I hated it and spoke to my supervisor after six months. He said that he will move me back "Right Away". It has been four months and I am still working on the second part because we don't have enough staff. Today I received news that suddenly ten new people got hired which means I should be moved to the first part very soon. I am so happy and excited 🤸

One cousin got me a gift basket and Italian dinner, another got me apple pie, my dad got me pizza and home made salad for the backyard, and he also got me mashed potatoes, and I got a free phone case from my other cousin, and due to cancellations, I got an early dental appointment.

Making progress on my Lego recreation of Forest Battle from Transformers: Revenge of The Fallen. I was feeling discouraged a little after I first began because it’s hard trying to make their transformations Lego-friendly (possible) and I don’t want to copy other people. But, I basically finished Optimus Prime’s torso so now I just need the limbs and I have the basics down for how they’ll become a truck. I think my main challenge with him now are his feet. But, I actually did a decent job making him transformable and accurate.

Having a doctor who listened to me and the symptoms I shared, who did not dismiss them... even if it did end up being something I did not necessarily want (lots of large uterine fibroids) and the most effective treatment is not necessarily what I hoped for (hysterectomy - due to age, size of fibroids, and placement of them)... I'm so happy I'll finally have relief from the bleeding, pain, and anemia they are causing...
