Modesty to me is being humble, not bragging, having no desire to fuel one's own ego or pride.

I find that empowering, because it means I don't give a fuck what others think about me, because I don't measure my worth based on their opinions of me.

It's very freeing to not need admiration or approval, to not cave to peer pressure, to not go at another person's pace.

I never wanted to attract attention to myself, I think skimpy clothing is like wearing neon signs I always liked very modest clothing I wear jeans , dress below knee , long to mid sleeve tops , if no sleeves then long top
