Biting my tongue or cheek, by far. I downstreamed myself with pepper spray once and that wasn’t as bad as a hard, mid-eating tongue chomp. Paper cut is close though. You’re a sadist, aren’t you?

Biting the inside of your mouth hurts, and usually creates a lesion that takes days to heal, so it's worse. Shampoo in the eyes hurts but only lasts a few minutes.
