How do you pay debt of gratitude?

When Christmas comes along give them a gift or at least wish them a merry ChristmasSimple kindness. When they walk by tell them to have a great day. When they look like they need help lend a hand. When Christmas comes along give them a gift or at least wish them a merry Christmas.
At least that’s how I deal with pain gratitude just by being friendly it’s more of a long-term thing But ultimately it feels better for everybody.
It can be misuse sometimes by others, but still be kind to others
Loyalty. This question reminds me of a line from the movie FIRST KNIGHT. "God makes us strong only for a little while, so we can help eachother". - King Arthur (played by Sean Connery)
It really feels good to someone 😊

I try to return the favor. The battery in the smoke detector in my living room requires a ten-foot ladder to change. My neighbor loaned me the use of his ladder for which I was grateful.
A few months later, the neighbors washing machine broke down. I was happy to let him (and his wife) use my washing machine until their new machine was delivered.
Thats very nice of you
I'll be loyal to them and pay it forward many times. They decided to help me even when I had nothing to offer so I should offer more now that they have helped me. It only makes sense.
A little gift is a good way to show appreciation, and paying it forward helps the good vibes grow
