Do you bite your cheek, lips, tongue during your sleep?

Several times a week I wake myself up at night because I've bitten my cheek lips or tongue. Often I do it quite hard and I wake up yelling and find out that I've taken a little chunk out of something.

No not usually when I sleep but there are other times that I do. But it must suck waking up to pain lol

I never had issues with that. I bite my tongue and cheek while awake.
