In the US, there are two well-known actresses that play long-running roles in video advertisements. Lily appears in adds for AT&T and Flo is in ads for Progressive Insurance.

Actually, now that I think about it... My Korean co-worker (a teacher) reminds me a lot of Flo. The same "almost creepy" positivity and zaniness to her. Like she's a character in a children's show and is "performing" rather than teaching. I'm not saying it makes her a bad teacher or anything; I just can't "perform" like that, day in, day out, for years. She's been teaching for nine years and is about the same age as me. So that's another thing; she's not even young.

Yeah, my co-worker definitely has those creepy "Flo" vibes. The "crazy ex girlfriend" overly positive vibes. That's another reason why I don't like Flo.

Lily is not a stunning beauty but she is reasonably cute. Flo is totally unattractive to me.

Lily is also in a TV show but forgot the name and don't watch it, but she doesn't do the T-Mobile commercials anymore. So Flo has been doing commercials longer and still is. Lily is a lot hotter though.
