Age is just a number but mature women tend to be nicer people generally. Younger people tend to be more aggressive, wild, selfish and ungrateful (of course there are exceptions) in general, so it depends if you want the thrill of the chase, conquests or a true connection with someone. I'd argue that people can make that connection when young but many choose not to, or to defer really committing to a relationship until they're done partying because, YOLO or whatever.

So, a well-maintained older woman is the way for me. I have no qualms about being with someone older than myself, my only rule is that if they have kids, they have them with me before anyone else, so we can have that special bond between two parents and share the experience of bringing up a child. I want to be there from day one for my children if I ever have any.

I would probably go for the milf/cougar. I value intelligence in a woman, and not saying a younger girl couldn't be intelligent, but life experience can definitely bring a lot more knowledge to the party, besides that I'm very much an old soul myself, and find that it's easier to find a like minded woman if she's a little older.
