If you have a fan that helps. otherwise get a towel, soak it in cold water then wring it out so it's just damp and lay that on your forehead or hang it over the top of the fan, alternatively take a t-shirt, and stuff it in the freezer so that it gets really cold in 10-20 minutes then wear it.

The most efficient way to make a room cooler is to put a ceiling fan in it.

The ones with three blades cool the most.

It can be a table fan or they even make little hand held fans.

Also, maybe open a window :)

Bowls of ice placed in the room can help, a damp teatowel on top of your head or on your body feels good too
