Simple.. if she is dressed in a very classy way i'd help her. If she's not I would ignore her. And it's not because her looking classy makes a 90 year-old attractive to me. It would be a signal that she has some kind of traditional values so if I interact with her she's not going to accuse me of sexual harassment, toxicity, treating her as inferior.

This rule doesn't apply to young women tho cause we know that regardless of how they dress any of them could be feminazi nut cases. Their best bet is to make sure they have a man they know at their side to cleanup/protect them.

Usually reach down to help, sometimes ask "Need a hand?" if I feel the situation calls for it. That's true of anybody, though, grandma or otherwise.

She was able to walk and pick her groceries up the entire time in grocery store Therefor she can pick them up if she drops them.
