Is it weird to quickly Accept a friend request from a stranger?

If a stranger sends you a friend request, and you have no mutuals, would you accept it? And would you accept it literally as soon as you got it without checking the person’s profile first? Thanks!

I've done it before on facebook but I don't really use it nor care. If it was on here for example I try not to follow people other than ones I really like or know. Granted I've followed people which now I am like wait why did I do that again? lol.

On here level 1s are pretty much an automatic deny as they tend to be trolls and sometimes catfishes.
