Is it weird for a stranger to approach you and say something totally random?

Today after I finished putting the groceries in my car, I decided to take a second to take a picture of my outfit because I dressed up today and didn’t have time earlier to take a picture but anyways I was behind my car just taking a quick picture of my outfit I was wearing and I kept hearing a man say something and at first I didn’t know where this man was or who he was talking to because he literally came out of no where so the third time he says it i look up and there he is in front of my car watching me and says “Can I get a copy” like 3 times he says this and when he finally gets my attention he walks away. He looked like a sicko in my opinion but it was just a creepy thing to say in my opinion. Do you think it was creepy or weird or am I just not overrreacting because the guy literally came up to my car and kept shouting at me until I noticed him

Don't say that would have been a little cute if you saw it on a hallmark Christmas movie introduction montage? Sure the movie did like 12 take and with a budget set design.

In real life we got one shot and it does get weird saying it again and again and majority of our budget does go to our bills.

I'm not saying you're wrong but give a guy a life ring drowning as if he's learning to swim.

I don't know... Feels creepy coz when he actually got your attention he walked away.
If he wasn't a sick dude he would have stayed and carried on with a convo.
Perhaps you were actually looking very pretty. Like a flower and you got yourself a bee buzzing around you lol

Yep sounds pretty creepy in my opinion but weird shit happens, they are like side missions and encounters, one time I parked an old lady's car cause she didn't know how to park it, It was weird but I went with it, the world is just weird and unpredictable.
