I turned 21 not too long ago but have always been told I look very young for my age. My mom, family, friends, and strangers have constantly poked fun at me for looking 12-15 years old. The funniest times are when I get my nails done because they always ask me what school I go to and when I tell them I am in university they look at me in shock and tell me they thought I was in middle school and my mommy took me to get my nails done. My mom has even gone to the lengths of telling me to wear makeup to make myself look older when I go to interviews and to my internship. I'm not really offended by and sometimes it flatters me because I know when I am older I'll look good but I can't help but feel weird when men my age or older approach me with romantic intentions. I always think "Do they like me because I look like a child?" "Should I be concerned?" "Will they not like me if I stop looking like a kid?" I am probably overthinking it but I've been holding off having a relationship until I am more mature. Physically and mentally. I'm not sure when that will come though lol
Superb Opinion
Hmm, well, I guess I have to ask is it because and I'm just asking is it just that you have a healthy complexion or because do you mind if I ask, do you have short stature or are petite in height? Maybe it's just also if you walk, talk, style of attire, all make a person either look of appear older or younger than they are.
Ah well, I've often been told I look young, and i was told that once when I was 26 I look 18-19. And I've always been clean;shaven in the face.
Ah well. I also think positively that at least when I'm 40, I'll still look 30 or 25. if I'm lucky for my own complexion 😅😂
