Why do I attract more younger guys?

That's not like I'm old, I recently turned 17 and it's my last year at highschool. I dress like most girls my age and I've never been told I look younger. I've never had a boyfriend, though people often tell me I'm pretty, dress well. Guys my age and older do look/glance/stare at me (check out too) but most of them have girlfriends I believe but I've never been approached, no guy has ever come and talk to me, even less ask out. Guys my age seem boring, like they wouldn't bother to do anything like smiling/talking to a girl, like it's the third year they're here so they don't care and to be honest, I've seen most of them and only maybe two or three are still attractive to me.

I don't know why it seems like I attract more younger guys (1y, 2y or even 4y younger). I don't know if they're braver or something but I've had quite a few of them teasing me, winking at me, smiling at me, acting nice or trying to get close on the bus for example even though I don't know them. Is that weird? Does it mean I look different? Finally why do I attract them more?
