Younger guys with older girls, and proper/improper age gaps?

I'm in college, in my early 20s and some girls I know like younger college guys or even high school seniors. They think they are hot and cute and everything. Girls, what do you think of younger guys? Personally the idea creeps me out. I only like guys who are older than I am. In fact I'm quite the opposite, I'm attracted to older men.

I guess some women like the youthful look and the fact that younger guys are possibly easier for an older girl to have more power with, and that if you're a sexy slightly older woman the guy will feel cool about himself. Some guys also say they like older women because they are "Experienced"

What age difference do you consider significantly older or younger? To me, a guy who is more than a year younger is significantly younger in my book and I would feel weird about it. And a guy is barely "older" to me unless we have more than a 5 year age difference, and I don't see a problem with up to a 10 year age difference at my point (early 20s), but after 10 years I'd be more hesitant to go out with him, though I know some couples where the man is 15-20 years older and they are very happy.
