yes, I'll just add to what @Andres77 said because there's really not that much more to it...

confidence comes with competence, and you usually gain that through experience

learning... from experiences as well, not just going through it

self-introspection as well, sometimes we focus way too much on what others might think or see, and we get too involved on how we look to others... that just doesn't work, what you have go with is introspection... know your true self, and control your own self first

So developing your skill set for whatever you’re doing and being comfortable in whatever environment will lend to your being quiet and mindful because you know what is acceptable and normal for the situation and you know how to get it back to normal if the scenario becomes unstable.
