Explanations:

-The hole that our sinuses drain out of is on top so dirt and stuff can pool, leading to infections being more common in humans.

-When we stood upright, our birth canal was put between our legs, which meant it had to be smaller which is why childbirth is so much harder for humans.

-Because our faces don't protrude, there isn't enough room for the wisdom teeth when they come in and hence they get impacted.

Evolution did nothing to screw us over. It only put us in the best condition to survive. What you may be perceiving as a screw over is actually a wonderful blessing. Any other deviation from our design could have been detrimental. And counter productive to survival.

Ah, but none of those are evolution screwing us over. Remember, the higher the selection pressure, the better the surviving organisms become. They also become more specialized, but humans specialized for adaptability.
