I'll go with five bedrooms, for when my kids come home and Christmas time and a spare bedroom. Five bathrooms. One for each bedroom and a restroom off the living room. Three-car garage minimum, an office. Open concept kitchen. I'm sure I'm forgetting things but that's a good starter
1. 3 bedrooms ( two for future kids one for me and whoever I’m with )
2. Kitchen
3. Living Room
4. Office
5. Gym/Dojo
6. Bathroom
7. Basement
8. Guest Bedroom
9. Den
13-28 bedrooms, with a library and gym. So technically 16 rooms minimum. Of course you need a living room, washing room, maybe a kitchen too. For bathrooms, I would say 6 bathrooms is good, maybe 5.
Kitchen, dining room, living room, mud room, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, library, basement, attic, greenhouse and a room for my altar.
13 total. I'm easy to please.

I have four, plus a den, a library, and two living rooms, etc. It is far too much since I live alone, but kind of trapped because if I sold whatever I bought, even a small cottage, would cost me several times as much in property tax (locked at grandparent's old assessment via Prop 13) and the cap gains would suck up a good chunk of what remains after the sale price minus the cost of the new place.
We're not very sociable so one guest bedroom and an en suite bedroom for us. My partner loves books so a library. A room for the cats. Kitchen, living room, laundry room, bathroom for guest, bathroom downstairs.
1 bedroom. Wow that was hard. It would just be a big bedroom which would have everything in it. Don't need more rooms for no reason.
4 beds, 3 full baths works quite well for me now with Master down off family room that leads into kitchen and 3 upstairs.
I'd add bedrooms for all, kitchen, utility, garage, on site bathrooms/WC/wet room, a balcony, private sheltered space in the garden, reception rooms. Maybe a craft room or something.
Enough bedrooms for family gatherings, perhaps. (If my unlimited budget includes hiring a maid/butler. lol)
I’d have enough for my family and one guest room. Bigger house the more you have to clean.
1 master bedroom, 1 room for my computers, tvs and game systems, 1 room for my hobbies like my custom gunplay building. Basement for my gym equipment.
A shitload, so all my dumb friends don't have to drive home drunk when we have barbeques
4 bedrooms two bathrooms kitchen /living room maybe a man cave and that me be pretty happy
A 1800 brick victorian mansion. Wraparound pourch. Many bed rooms for large family with my two wives
