If you were to buy a bigger house which room would you want bigger?

I'd probably add a specially-built soundproof room with air gaps that blocks all external noises and soundwaves, so I can work, write and study in peace. Currently I live with my parents, who unfortunately aren't the most discreet people and constantly speak loudly, messing with my nerves and making it impossible to concentrate on my studies. On top of that, I have to tolerate the neighbors on the top floor playing music. I'd also like a garden, where I could plant and grow my own trees and flowers, like a weeping willow, cherry tree, bougainvilleas, tulips and add a stone garden path, as well. That would be my dream house
