Why do you want a reduction? Did you get a boob job and now want it reversed? I think that is what medical insurance is for, especially if it affects your health.

I’ve just always been disproportionate, and I don’t have medical insurance but I will probably have to get the procedure done privately as it isn’t offered on my country’s healthcare system
