How do you hear or understand statements?

I'm asking because I almost got crucified for posting a picture of my friend😉 captioned "Pretty brown eyes"

People were in the comments section talking about "all eyes are pretty, hers aren't special", "We are all beautiful" etc

I was so confused because who said anything about anything except for complementing brown eyes, I didn't mention anything else.

At this point I'm scared to say I love Autumn because WHAT ABOUT SPRING, SUMMER AND WINTER, HUH!!😅

Brown eyes are pretty

All people with brown eyes are pretty

If your eyes aren't brown, they're not pretty

All people with eyes that aren't brown aren't pretty

That’s a very weird way to get offended. What people were those? It’s even more surprising that so many of them commented like that.

“Brown eyes are attractive’’ is a correct statement. Other eyes are too but that doesn’t make it wrong. Unless I can sense that you are trying to covertly demean other eye colours through your statement, I wouldn’t get so mad.

well, some people are just that dumb... or needy for attention, and then they might see controversy and drama where there should be none

so they just decided to add words to your statement " (only brown eyes are pretty, like my very special friend's ) Pretty Brown Eyes (only her brown eyes are special, any other color just sucks monkey butt and are not special like my friend's are, and no not everyone is beautiful but my very special friend with her very pretty brown eyes, she's the most beautiful therefore special unlike all you)


but yeah... SOME people in social media can be something really crazy and weird like that... lol
