The cab fare was $10, I dint have any cash so I sent through UPI but he stopped me and said it has not gone through yet, it was showing processing?

Usually it doesn't go through and shows failed when that happens so i send him again through another app, not i have sent him $20, so am calling him and asking to send it back he is like am busy ill send later ill send later.

what the fuck should i do? I really care about that money?
