Everybody ages. Trust me, when I look at my son I notice that he has a better hairline than I do and he can run faster than me now. I got to get in better shape, but ultimately accept some aging and embrace it. I think being healthy is attractive at 25 or 55, so that's my goal.

At what age does your physical health really start to go down (i. e. not being able to do the things you could before?)

For me, I can't work as much I get headaches.

My dad was strong and a very hard worker into his 60's and 70's, but he had heart problems eventually.
Then again, I knew guys I went to high school with who were out of shape and run down at 17 years old, lol. I was lucky that I played a lot of basketball and I worked manual labor jobs where I was on my feet moving furniture or working on maintenance crews. People need to stay active at 17 or 60 if they want to be strong and functional.

Exercise can definitely tighten and tone things up, as well as give you more energy, stamina, strength, endurance etc.

Many women improve with age so don't give up, accept the changes where you can't do anything about it. Love what is nice. Otherwise you'll be really miserable in a few years time!
