I don't think so, I do want another dog in the future but pets can be a handful and you need to be prepared in case they get sick or need some special medication. It can get expensive. Beside that, it's a very nice experience but it's not hugely life changing.

Sometimes I think my life would be better if I had a dog, as then I could take it for walks and it would be a great way to meet people. But the cost of them is a lot, and it's too bad you can't bring them to work with you.

my life has been infinitely MUCH better because of the dogs and cats I have had in my life, yes...

who owns who and what... that's something that could still be discussed, especially with cats... lmao

I would have a sweet and happy golden but then lots of responsibility in a life that is not conducive to pet. They can travel safely now so... maybe.

Pets are cute but after a few years you adapt and they are no longer new and exciting and when they are sick the smell is very bad, I could not bear it and had to leave the house while my parents vacuumed the rooms after they threw up.

Statistically that is the indication. People with pets are happier, healthier and live longer.
