What is one word you use quite often which you wish you did not use as often?

A friend told me in my early twenties that I used the word "amazing" a lot. I had not noticed. I stopped doing it. Now I think not many things are amazing, anyway. Maybe amazingly stupid, ha.

I have no idea what words I use too often. I'm open to observations on that.

I use guarantee a lot because I always strive to seek as many certainties in life as possible but I wish I did not use it because I feel like a Walmart cashier when I use that word. Like I don’t want to include commerce into my ordinary dialogue since it’s a man made and artificial world that is built on lies and waste.
