What is ONE EXAMPLE of table manners you learned growing up?

Manners I was taught was:

-to eat all my food 🍽

Don't double dip or touch food that you don't intend on eating this said I learned it from my mom who has no concept of it and I have to openly call out and make fun of that action when I see it to stop it from happening
