The first pic is very fuzzy, it’s hard to see but I think she has some piercings. Whatever, piercings are not permanent and can be taken out. Mutilation is something permanent like in the second picture. Those look like prison tats.

Both tattoos and piercings are fine. But no matter how nice the art is a face tattoo will always scream I LOVE METH! You can be a in a 3 piece suit or a fancy dress and even the CEO of a fortune 500 company. But a face tattoo will still scream the same thing.
