How to stop being jealous of other's happinesses?

I struggle with that myself. I try to remind myself that their happiness doesn't take any of mine. Just because someone got a job offer that doesn't affect my career path. Just because someone got in a relationship that doesn't affect my love life.

I think you (and me) feeling gilty about it means that this feeling is not our best selves and we are aware of that and that's a good enough step

Also, I try to complement them on the things I'm envious of. if someone's hair is so pretty and it's making me a little jelous, I'll go out of my way to complement them, then for whatever reason I feel better and stop feeling envious (for a little while at least).

2. By hoping n praying for them to get even more who already are doing better than u... trust me on these two things

By being thankful for what you have and realizing many people in the world live without clean water or electricity. Thinking less about what you are missing and more about the abundance you have.
