I’m asking as my mom has lived at a few places. She has lived in shared rooms or a garage & the owner gossips of her & her life & don’t want mom live there anymore. So why the fuck she rented to my mom her converted garage on the first place if she don’t want anyone to live there?
also my own owner lied said her daughter bought a House so she’s renting studio. I now live in the studio but now her daughter broke up with boyfriend and came back to live with her rich mom & daughter has 3 kids. And now owner asked if I plan move out so her daughter can live in my room or she’ll build her a garage. I feel it’s messed up to waste my time when clearly I told her I’m looking for a place to live many years. She shouldn’t have rented the studio any longer or said she’s looking for a temp tenant to kick out & use for money short time only.
then past owners I have met don’t want a lesse to kick tenant out whenever she he wants.
i now realize it’s best to live in a real apamtent complex or a studio apartment in a real apartment complex so you will have more privacy, owner won’t even live there to see what you do or gossip about you, and also you can stay many years there or have baby and sign a lease to know they are committed and serious to keep you long time.
In studio next to the owners home or in their backyard they are too strict and gossip about you or spy on you and want a tenant that’s gone all day never seen. No visitors, no baby , no boyfriend nothing. It’s not ideal live in a families backyard studio either where the whole family is playing outside or hanging out and they awkwardly see you and don’t like to see their tenant.
